ALEX KHALIL, ESQ.
Today, Alex combines his undergraduate business studies in finance and economic, with his real estate experience and law school achievements to add value to his clients’ positions in those very same facets of their lives.
Alex concentrates his legal practice in the areas of business, contract, civil, employment, real estate, and estate planning – making it his primary objective to address all client legal issues with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency.

Alex graduated from the George Washington University in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
2018 - 2019
Neighborhood Housing Services of
LA County
Alex began his career as a Development Analyst for Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County where he vetted prospective investments for affordable housing developments.
2019 - 2022
Southwestern Law School
Alex began at Southwestern Law School in Fall 2019. In his first year, Alex was awarded Best Brief after obtaining the highest grade on his Legal Analysis, Writing, and Skills course paper. In his second year, Alex became a Dean’s Merit Scholarship Award recipient for achieving a GPA in the Top 10% of his class. In his final year, Alex earned the CALI Award for Excellent Achievement in the study of Estate Planning & Drafting – awarded for obtaining the highest grade in the course.
2022 - Present
Legal Career
Upon admittance to the California State Bar on December 1, 2022, Alex joined The Law Office, Ltd. in Lakewood, CA as a partner to Michael Foster. Not before long, Alex formed Khalil Law Corporation while maintaining an "Of Counsel" relationship with The Law Office, Ltd. until February 2025, before ultimately opening his own office in Glendale, CA.
